Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service- counter sales and via phone
• Process orders via phone and email
• Support a diverse customer base in providing product support.
• Attend to sales enquiries/provide technical support.
• Liaise with workshop staff and assist with pick packing duties when required

Who are you?

• Strong technical skills and problem solving.
• Experience in customer service in a retail environment.
• Good verbal and written skills
• Ability to take the lead in delivering sales growth.
• Computer literate at an intermediate level
• Mechanical aptitude with bearing and power transmission knowledge is advantageous.
• Team player to support other areas when required.
