As part of the GPC Asia Pacific group, established in 1959, McLeod is Australia’s longest serving and most respected wholesaler and distributor of the world’s most famous brands of motorcycle helmets, clothing, footwear and equipment, and has a presence in all five Australian capital cities. 

To be considered for this position you must have proven customer service experience, a passion for the industry and a strong commitment to delivering top quality service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Provide an excellent sales and service experience to all customers.

• Attend to customer queries via phone, email.

• Process orders and customer returns

• Have exceptional attention to detail, excellent follow-up skills, and be the ability to think outside the square.

• Be a team player with great communication skills.

• Be willing to learn and grow with the business.

• Be passionate, motivated, and organized.

• Possess good computer skills.

• Liaise with our onsite warehouse.

• Enjoy building long-lasting relationships with our B2C customers

• Passionate and positive attitude

Our ideal candidate must:

• Experience in motorcycle industry, desirable

• Customer focus with a strong ability to build relationships

• Be reliable, punctual & passionate

• Excellent communication skills

• Hold a valid full Australian driver's license

• Excellent grammar and general written communication skills.
