About the Role

The Trade Sales Manager will be a key leader responsible for coaching and supporting a team of Sales Representatives to build and manage trade relationships and drive trade sales programs to accelerate growth in the trade channel. You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage key customer relationships, and travel extensively across your Area to support your team and customers.

To Be Successful

  • Proven experience leading sales teams in a trade environment
  • Strong customer focus and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and coaching ability
  • Solid understanding of sales targets, margins, and budgets
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Positive, hands-on leadership style

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Lead and develop your Sales Rep team to meet sales and service goals
  • Build and maintain strong trade customer relationships
  • Implement area sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Collaborate with branches and teams to ensure stock availability and customer satisfaction
  • Manage key accounts and drive profitability
  • Promote a safe working environment and team engagement
