Our Commercial Finance team partner with the Sales and Operations team and provide valuable data led information, in order to inform commercial decision making and business performance insights. We are looking for a Commercial Analyst to help step up and drive results, within an exciting and fast paced industry. We are looking for someone who loves a challenge, is willing to learn and who shows a high level of initiative, to join our talented Commercial Finance team.

The Role:
The purpose of this role is to work as an effective member of the Commercial Finance Team and to provide support to the Commercial Insights Manager and the Commercial Managers for NAPA and Repco. This role focuses on the review and analysis of relevant business information on sales, margin, expenses, and other metrics that help drive better outcomes for the business.

We’re looking for someone who can translate commercial data into business insights, who is willing to learn, who seeks out continuous improvement, and is focused on driving success. This is a true commercial role; therefore, you’ll need strong communication skills, have high work standards and attention to detail, and be able to prioritise effectively.

You will also bring:

• Proficient Excel knowledge
• 1-2 years previous experience in a Commercial Analyst role or similar
• A proven ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines
• An analytical mind; be able to think outside the box.
