About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager Trade Marketing - Automotive ANZ, the Repco Trade Marketing Specialist (AU), will plan & execute the promotional activity across Australian Markets to achieve both sales objectives and brand objectives.
As the Repco Trade Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Repco Trade Marketing Manager ensuring all campaigns, promotional activity, events and marketing channels are communicated & executed appropriately to target customers in accordance with the own brand tones and positioning and the relevant customer value proposition, as well as contributing towards overarching brand health and customer satisfaction objectives.
You will manage stakeholders across the wider marketing group functions, sales, operations and merchandise teams grow loyalty programs and exceed key initiatives. You will possess a high level of strategic and executional thinking ability, exceptional communication and influencing skills as well as excellent analytical, reporting, planning and time management skills.

Role Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5–7 years of marketing experience, generalist or specialist.
Experience working with creative teams and design studios.
Skilled in scheduling, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.
Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
Competent in data analysis for decision-making.
Vendor and agency relationship management experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage internal team and external customer communications.
Work with in-house Graphic Design team to produce advertisements, catalogues, and marketing collateral.
Plan and execute trade promotions and sales events, including budgeting, documentation, terms and reporting.
Support planning and execution of industry and retail store tradeshows, conferences, and events.
Increase engagement in customer loyalty programs.
Support sales initiatives across multi-channel customer segments.
Conduct competitor analysis and market tracking.
