Contribute to business growth and profitability by delivering a high-quality warranty service while effectively managing risk.
Actively contribute to the profitability, growth and return on assets by providing a product quality focus for warranty investigations, remanufacturing activities and assisting the senior technical officer in all aspects of product assessments/testing and development. To ensure that all activities are conducted in a timely manner or as per service level agreements and that your customers both internal and external are prioritized in daily activities.

Duties Included:
- Support quality goals within the department
- Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded
- Investigate and resolve product quality issues
- Provide timely feedback and corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure equipment is safe and operating correctly
- Keep the work area clean and organised
- Confirm parts availability before builds commence
- Complete remanufacturing tasks in line with procedures
- Perform final quality checks on all builds
- Identify and report faults or non-conformances
- Maintain remanufacturing equipment and records
- Arrange and test product samples as required
- Assess new products to ensure they meet specifications
- Review warranty data to identify trends and issues
- Inspect and assess warranty claims
- Investigate root causes and prepare claim reports
- Return parts to suppliers when further investigation is needed
