About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, this role is focused on supporting our Trade customers and Store Network across New Zealand. You’ll play a key part in delivering reliable, SLA-driven service while partnering closely with Trade Support, Operations and the broader network to strengthen trade performance and customer loyalty.
Duties Include:
- Supporting Trade customers and the Store Network with timely, solutions-focused service
- Using Zendesk and internal systems to meet SLA targets
- Partnering with Trade Support and Operations to improve service delivery.
Who We’re Looking For:
A trade-focused customer service professional who understands the importance of speed, accuracy and reliability in a workshop environment. You’re organised, commercially aware and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality support that strengthens trade partnerships and drives network success.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Confident using customer service systems and reporting tools
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet SLAs and performance metrics
- Process improvement mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
