Driving sales growth by leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for the Motion Lightweight Conveyance business nationally.
- Coach and support other members of the Motion Sales team to build MCS Lightweight product knowledge and drive enterprise value
- Represent MCS to in providing expertise in the management of large multisite accounts

What kind of work may be involved?
- Delivery of budgeted revenue, gross profit and market share targets. Create drive and monitor sales promotions that meet budgeted sales and profit results. Participate in or manage key account negotiations, tenders, proposals.
- Customer & supplier relationships. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key accounts.Work with sales and marketing, and direct with customers as required, to ensure excellent product knowledge and application.
- Operations & safety. Comply with the Motion Code of Conduct and follow policies and procedures to make sure everyone gets home safely every day.
- Support Provide sales support and conduct joint calls with the Motion Sales team. Work collaboratively to deliver the best outcome for the Motion Team
- Workshop and Operational Alignment Work collaboratively with Motion Workshops to deliver superior outcomes for MCS customers
Ideal skills & experience:
- 10+ years’ experience in Light weight conveyance products
- Ability to apply technical skills in supporting the business requirements.
- Ability to use knowledge of the industry to understand customer needs & expectations.
- Experience in managing distribution and negotiating with distribution providers nationally.
- Have experience in developing operational and performance reporting.
- Be able to demonstrate strategic and commercial acuity through the achievement of improved Business performance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently and to a deadline.
- Other - strong collaborative skills, ability to develop and drive business plans, high level of customer focus.
