About the role:

The DC Team Member is required to ensure all inward goods are receipted and put away and all outward goods are picked, packed and dispatched in an accurate and efficient manner in accordance with all company guidelines and procedures, including all OH&S practices and legislative requirements.

MID (10am - 6pm) & PM (2pm - 10pm) shifts available.

What we’re looking for:

• LO / LF Forklift Licence & experience(essential)

• Previous warehouse experience

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Commitment to safety and building strong working relationships

• Drive and a willingness to learn

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Above all, passion to be the best and continually raise the standard!

• A Physical capacity to lift up to 20kg

Key Responsibilities:

• Check, receipt and record any discrepancies or damaged stock

• Ensure goods are put away in a safe, careful and tidy manner in the correct location

• Pick and pack carefully, accurately & efficiently to meet internal KPI standards

• Follow safe work & operating procedures at all times

• Participate in stocktake activities when required

You will be someone who:

• Puts safety first! Our team prioritise safety, ensuring that we go home the way in which we arrived at work. You'll be proactive in keeping our warehouse presentable and safe.

• Takes pride in their work! Your key focus will be to accurately pick, pack and dispatch stock orders in a timely manner.

• Treats others with respect and fairness & has a high standard of personal presentation
